Marutama Ramen at Central

This is my favourite Ramen place after my good friend, Ashley introduced me. Ever since I was "hooked" to this place. Dear also agreed that this is one of the better ramen places...

This is what we usually order and cost about $48...



We will have our own ramen and share a grilled char siew(cant remember if its $6 or $8) and dumpling ($6) ... which is a little full for me at times so dear usually takes 1/3 of my ramen!

 

The usual spicy ramen cost $12 and usually for me i will just add one egg ($1). The egg is fantastic!!! Half cooked style which i simply love the yolk. Upon serving, you can add the fried garlic flakes to give more flavour. The char siew was so tender that it just "melts" in your mouth. Dear usually add more char siew and an egg!

I would call this one of my "Happy Food" beside my chessecake from The Cheesecake Cafe! (",)

Do try it out when you have the time but do try to avoid the lunch/dinner crowd cos if not you will have to queue for at least 30-40mins...
