Hollywood Theatre Ban Mian

Hollywood Theatre Ban Mian! This is the first dry Ban Mian that I tried and it has been the nicest I had till now! When we were still having our church services at the Old Hollywood Theatre in the late 90s, the canteen is just behind it. Usually it will be very packed immediately after service on saturday and sunday morning before service.

As Me and Dear were near on half day leave, we drove over to have Ban Mian after meeting our restaurant wedding card printer before heading for our HDB appt after that.

The place still remains the same, carpark gantry is still manual tickets issued by the attendance and got to pay cash upon exit.

Besides the Ban Mian, the duck rice, char kway tiao is also nice!
Sadly, the canteen will be closed at the end of Aug 2011. The duck rice stall will be relocated which I will update on the address again. But I heard news that the Ban Mian stall will not be continuing their business however when I asked the aunt she say they are still looking for a place to continue! Hopefully they will find a place real soon and we can continue to have the nice Ban Mian!
