1st view upon arrival at waterfront terminal...
Our package include hotel pickup which is only less than 5 minutes away from the terminal.
We were allocated a 4th level room...

They also provide free shuttle to the various shopping mall but do check the pickup and return time. The journey from Holiday Inn to Batam Shopping Centre took us about 30-40 minutes.
We tried this fried mushroomo which is not too bad...
Went for a short break at this cafe and was quite disappointed with the Ayam Penyet...
The otah is not too bad... White cold non-spicy otah which you need to dip into the spicy satay sauce...
Dinner was back at our resort poolside teppanyaki...

Next morning, we had our breakfast by the pool which was very relaxing as it was a monday morning and most of the crowd was gone!

A quick and refreshing getaway to Batam! An affordable trip to stay at Holiday Inn Resort, perhaps the next time I come to Batam, I will try out Harris Resort.
